P.S. Prakasa Rao Telugu Scholar, Author, and Educator Dr. P.S. Prakasa Rao is a distinguished Telugu educator and author whose life journey is a testament to perseverance. Born into a humble, working-class family in Pedapudi, Kakinada district, his early education began in a modest thatched hut. Despite facing significant financial hardships that forced him to leave school after the 10th grade to perform manual labor, his passion for learning remained undeterred. Leveraging free education opportunities, he earned an Oriental Degree and, with the steadfast support of friends, eventually achieved his M.A., M.Phil., and PhD. Dr. Rao dedicated his professional career to teaching, serving as a Telugu teacher until his retirement.
