Kondapalli Seetharamaiah was one of the charismatic leaders of the Naxalite movement in the Telugu states for more than twenty years between 1970 and 1991. Under his leadership, the Peoples’ War captured the imagination of people, boldly challenging authority and taking unusual steps.
