About The Author
Tetsuko Kuroyanagi was born in Tokyo, Japan. She was voted Japan’s most popular TV host for five consecutive years. She studied musical theater in Tokyo and eventually established herself as an actress. She won prestigious awards for her contributions to radio and television. While studying acting, Tetsuko spent 1972 in New York, writing From New York with Love. She hosted Japan’s first daily TV show, Tetsuko’s Room, which, along with her other programs, garnered immense audience popularity. Her work is primarily dedicated to social welfare.
